JOB DESCRIPTION
A large, well-established retail company is seeking a Senior ERP Project Manager to lead a strategic, company-wide Oracle ERP Cloud re-implementation.
This multi-year project (≈ 3 years) will be delivered in Agile methodology.
RESPONSIBILITIES
✔ End-to-end leadership of the ERP program, including data migration, cleansing, and organizational
change
✔ Management of cross-functional processes—focusing on procurement, logistics, inventory, and finance
✔ Ongoing collaboration with senior executives, steering committees, and external partners
✔ Agile delivery with clear business, timeline, and budget targets
REQUIREMENTS
🔹 5+ years of proven experience leading complex ERP projects – mandatory
🔹 Experience with cloud-based ERP implementations – strong advantage
🔹 Familiarity with Oracle ERP Cloud – advantage
🔹 Excellent process-analysis skills, stakeholder management, and interpersonal communication
